Most Valuable Performance For Most Valuable People

My devotion to helping people in pain came long before I was in business. In fact, it came when I was fresh out of high school. My mom was suffering, in desperate need of a knee replacement that we simply couldn’t afford. I did the best I could to help her, but I simply lacked the expertise. Between her pain and my ongoing battles with depression, exercise was my positive catalyst.

My mom saw this and helped sway me to try going to personal training school! I wasn’t too fond of the idea at first. But if I was going to do it, I was going all in. I started studying hard and doing free sessions before finally getting hired at a hospital to help people with chronic pain recover from their surgery.

That’s when I discovered that these people needed FAR more than just physical therapy to get back on their feet. They needed to be trained uniquely based on their specific bodies. Seeing what mom went through pushed me to help these people to the best of my ability. I dove deep into my craft and soon became known by the top surgeons, occupational/physical therapists as their “Chronic Pain Guy”, the go-to expert for pain-free recovery training.

That’s when I knew it was time for me to take what I learned from working with thousands of unique patients and start a business that could help people on a much greater scale. I brought on a team of expert dietitians and massage therapists to create the ultimate bridge between physical therapy and strength training. Now, MVP Fitness works tirelessly to change the lives of those who need it most, and still helps mom to this day!
